Corporate Mindfulness Workshops & Seminars​

Morning, afternoon, or all day, Mindfulness 101 workshops are ideal for companies looking to offer a data-backed intro to meditation. Seminars including the basic principles of mindfulness mediation as well as time to practice. This course is roughly 40% theory, 40% group work and 20% guided meditation. 4-8 hours long.

100% analysis and research. This option takes an overall look at how your company structurally promotes mindful work and a low-stress environment.
